Surface Pro Power Wash is owned and led by Andrew Bianchini and operates from Plano, TX. Work is scheduled around how a property actually operates, from a single family home to a multi-level parking structure.
How the company started
Before launching, Andrew researched the trade, learned everything he could online, and then offered a week of free work to learn both the field side and the back office of the business, a story he shared on the Good Neighbor Podcast: North Dallas. That approach still describes how the company operates: understand the work first, then commit fully. Customers see it as a pressure-free process, where the goal is understanding what a property actually needs rather than selling a package.
What we do
For homes, the company provides soft wash house cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, patio and deck cleaning, and pool deck cleaning. For commercial properties, it provides parking lot pressure washing, parking garage cleaning, building exterior cleaning, multifamily and apartment cleaning, HOA community cleaning including entrance monuments, and post-construction exterior cleanup. Each surface is matched to the right method, so siding, stucco, and cast stone are soft washed at low pressure while concrete and flatwork are surface cleaned.
