Services
Surface Pro Power Wash provides exterior cleaning services, including soft washing, pressure washing, and related surface cleaning, for residential and commercial properties in Plano and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metro. The scope of any job is the scope described in its estimate. Work outside that scope requires a new or revised estimate.
Estimates and scheduling
Quotes are free and are based on the information provided about the property and, where needed, an on-site assessment. An estimate becomes a booking when it is accepted and a service date is agreed. Exterior cleaning depends on weather; appointments may be rescheduled for rain, freezing temperatures, high wind, or other conditions that make the work unsafe or ineffective. Either party may reschedule with reasonable notice.
Property access and preparation
The customer agrees to provide access to the areas being cleaned and to an exterior water source where the job requires one, and to secure pets, vehicles, and fragile items in the work area before the crew arrives. Surface Pro Power Wash will note any pre-existing damage observed before work begins.
Workmanship and claims
Cleaning methods are matched to each surface, including low-pressure soft washing where high pressure would cause damage. Results vary with the age and condition of the surface; some stains, such as deep rust, efflorescence, or artillery fungus, may not be fully removable and are identified during the estimate where possible. Any concern about completed work should be reported promptly so it can be inspected and addressed.
Payment
Pricing and payment terms are stated on the estimate or invoice for each job. Amounts are due as stated there.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collin County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
